Enquiries and quotes
Submitting an enquiry does not create a booking. An inspection is confirmed once we have confirmed the fee, the scope and an available time with you.
Repairs and replacement parts are not included in an inspection fee. Repair work is quoted separately and only proceeds once you approve the quote.
Certificates
A certificate of compliance is issued by the Registered Person who inspected and tested the installation, and only once the installation is found to comply. It reflects the condition of the installation on the date of issue.
Changes made to an installation after a certificate is issued may require further certification.
